1. About these terms
By using the Linkora website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Linkora is operated by Sanjana Kalzunkar as a sole proprietorship, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. What we do
Linkora is a hiring consultancy. We help companies find permanent hires and interns, including specialist hiring for precision engineering companies, and we help candidates find suitable roles.
We are not the employer of the candidates we introduce. Any job or internship is a direct arrangement between the candidate and the employer.
3. No guarantees
We work carefully to match the right people with the right roles, but we cannot guarantee that an employer will find a suitable hire, that a candidate will receive an interview or an offer, or that any placement will last.
4. Using the website
You agree to give accurate information in any form you submit, to use the website lawfully and not copy its data in bulk, disrupt it or break into it, and not to submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
5. Employers
- Fees, payment terms, replacement terms and any exclusivity are set out in a separate written agreement with Linkora, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
- Candidate profiles we share are confidential. You may use them only to assess that candidate for the role discussed, and may not pass them to others.
- If you hire a candidate we introduced, the fee terms in your agreement apply, including where the hire happens later or through another route.
6. Candidates and interns
- You confirm that the information you give us is true.
- You allow us to share your profile with employers as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Linkora does not charge candidates or interns any fee for its services.
- Applying through us does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement.
7. Confidentiality
We keep the business information employers share with us confidential, and we expect the same of employers regarding candidate information.
8. Intellectual property
The Linkora name, logo, website content and design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law permits, Linkora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our introductions, including losses from a hire or placement that does not work out. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid to Linkora for the specific engagement concerned.
11. Suspending access
We may stop or restrict anyone's access to the website if these terms are broken or the website is misused.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not work, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
