With a Master's in HR and two years of hands-on HR experience, she saw what the headlines missed. Companies had not stopped hiring. They were turning to smaller, sharper recruiters, because big agencies were too slow to be personal and job portals too broad to be precise.
So she built Linkora. We didn't wait for the market to recover. We read it differently.
